Shipping of Products and Deliveries
Products ordered from the Pulseiraeventos.pt online store will be sent and delivered on working days, from Monday to Friday. By accessing the My Account area you will be able to check the orders placed on your account and the status of your order in real time. We can only guarantee the correct delivery of an order if the shipping address for the products is clearly indicated. A delivery is considered made or a product is considered delivered with the signature of the delivery receipt at the agreed address.
The order is considered accepted if, after receiving the order, it is not returned within the subsequent 7 days.
Return Policy for Personalized Products
At Pulseiraeventos.pt, we are committed to providing high-quality, personalized products that meet your expectations. We understand that occasionally situations may arise where customers wish to return personalized products. However, due to the unique and exclusive nature of these products, our return policy for personalized products is as follows:
Customized Products Are Not Eligible for Return:
Custom products are specially created to customer specifications and cannot be resold. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized products unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
Returns of Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a personalized product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately, within 7 days of delivery.
You must provide clear photos of the damaged or defective product, as well as detailed information about the problem, and we may request more photos if they are not clear about the reported defect.
After analysis, if we confirm that the product was delivered in inadequate conditions, we will provide a replacement of the product or a full refund of the amount paid, at the customer's discretion.
Order Cancellation:
Once a custom product order is confirmed and the customization process begins, you cannot cancel the order.
Please be sure to carefully review the specifications and information provided before ordering to avoid any errors.
Customization Errors:
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all information provided for personalization is correct before placing an order.
We cannot accept returns on personalized products due to typographical errors or incorrect information provided by the customer at the time of purchase.

Any return requests for personalized products must be made within 7 days of product delivery in the case of damaged or defective products.

Order delivery times
After your order has been registered, payment has been confirmed and all ordered parts are available, Zimex undertakes to ship them, observing the contracted deadline at the time of ordering.
ZIMEX will not be responsible for non-compliance, or delay in compliance, with any shipping obligation that is caused by a force majeure event, that is, an event, act or omission, beyond its reasonable control.
